Lady Adeola is the founder of The Aligned Lady and creator of The Aligned Table®, a thoughtfully curated gathering for women who desire to live and lead with greater presence, refinement, and intention.
A cybersecurity leader by profession, Adeola has also spent years creating platforms that equip and inspire women. Her work has included women’s empowerment, mentoring, purpose and realignment coaching, creative entrepreneurship, faith-centered conversations, and service through nonprofit initiatives supporting young people and education.
Through The Aligned Lady, her work centers on creating beautiful, meaningful spaces that invite women to slow the pace, return to what matters, and move through life with quiet confidence and deeper alignment.

Meet Ayoteju Jacobs
Ayoteju “AJ” Jacobs is a sensuality and embodiment coach and speaker whose work explores identity, self-trust, desire, and the journey of returning to yourself after seasons of survival.
A woman of deep Christian faith, AJ's relationship with God is foundational to her life and informs every aspect of her work. She believes women were created as whole, embodied beings and invites them to explore faith, sensuality, self-awareness, and desire with honesty, tenderness, and intention.
Drawing from lived experiences of divorce, business loss, relocation, and rebuilding, AJ helps women examine the stories and identities formed through difficult seasons and rediscover who they are beyond what they have endured.
Her teachings invite women into honest reflection, deeper bodily awareness, emotional availability, and a grounded relationship with desire. Her message is simple: what happens to you may change your path, but it does not have to become the boundary of what you are still allowed to desire.
AJ's work is an invitation to Rest, Reflect, and Return - to yourself, to the life you are still allowed to want, and to the God who remains present in your becoming.

Meet Lola Adeniyi
Lola Adeniyi is a dynamic business owner and creative professional whose faith in Christ serves as the foundation for her courage, resilience, and leadership. As the founder and owner of O&I, she has established a vibrant creative platform specializing in wardrobe and image consulting, custom outfit design, illustration, creative direction, and photography. Complementing these services, she offers personal shopping and virtual styling aimed at achieving the distinctive goals of her clients.
Lola spearheads STYLEWITHLOLAA, a powerful platform that empowers individuals to enhance their personal brands and product visibility through curated fashion choices and striking styles.
As the CEO of OI&COMPANY, she also oversees talent management and performance production, coaching artists in voice-over recording, auditions, theatre/acting, and cartoon audio mix production, ensuring that they achieve polished, audience-ready performances.
With over 20 years of experience, Lola has contributed to a wide array of projects, including editorial work, Cartoons, film and television, music videos, bridal styling, and notable red-carpet and live concert productions across the U.S. and Africa.
In addition to her creative endeavors, she owns GRANTPRO SOLUTIONS, where she assists NGOs and federal organizations worldwide in optimizing their grant procedures.
Lola is a CPA; she holds an LLB, an Image Stylist Professional Certification, and a Grant Management Specialist Certification. She balances her thriving career with her roles as a wife and a Mother of two.

Meet Dr. Ena Okah
Ena Okah is a healthcare professional (dual doctorate degrees) with expertise in healthcare disparities and underserved communities in the United States and globally. Her work has allowed her to work on different continents, learning healthcare systems to address systemic disparities in access, affordability, and quality while personalizing health and wellness using traditional and innovative approaches. She is also passionate about healthcare innovation that leverages technology to advance health equity and provide culturally congruent care.
Ena co-runs over a dozen free clinics in the US and abroad to provide healthcare services to underserved communities. She is also committed to leadership and professional development, serving in leadership roles at the regional, national, and international levels at different nonprofits. She owns and runs a consulting firm, empowering entrepreneurs, businesses, governmental, and community organizations to take up space and execute their purpose. She also owns a leadership development business focused on coaching mid to senior-level executives, with a focus on women finding purpose and alignment between work and life.
Her areas of passion and interest in leadership are capacity building, emotional intelligence, synergistic leadership, and cultural awareness and competence. Her hobbies are cooking (because good food makes everything better), traveling (78 countries and counting), reading (lost count of how many), listening to and making music, and painting.

Meet Ifedolapo Ogunjuyigbe
Ifedolapo Ogunjuyigbe is the Founder and Lead Stylist of House of Ajíbìké, a fashion styling and creative direction brand that helps clients feel pampered in style. Guided by her appreciation for thoughtful presentation, she creates personalized styling experiences that celebrate each client's individuality. From special events and photoshoots to everyday style, she curates looks that are intentional, elevated, and authentic. Inspired by Matthew 5:16, House of Ajíbìké encourages every client to step into their light with confidence and purpose. The name Ajíbìké is a Yoruba name meaning "one who wakes up to be pampered," reflecting the brand's commitment to ensuring every client feels beautifully prepared for every moment.
