How the Experience Flows
The Art of Stillness is Part 1 of The Refined Presence Experience. This virtual session is designed to help women identify the internal noise, urgency, and mental fragmentation that often affect how they show up, communicate, and carry responsibility.
Through guided teaching, reflection, and a signature stillness practice, attendees will begin returning to clarity, composure, and internal order.
This experience leads into Part 2: The Refined Presence Salon in June, where stillness becomes embodied through communication, posture, presence, and refined leadership.

May 30 - The Art of Stillness (Virtual)
10:00 AM – 11:15 AM
A focused session designed to quiet mental noise and create clarity.
Then you continue into:
June 27 - The Refined Presence Salon (In-Person)
11:00 AM – 2:00 PM
A curated environment where that clarity is refined and embodied.
